Absolutely amazing job. The whole team were always really helpful, insightful and honest and offered ideas enabling us to make informed decisions. The fitter was brilliant, excellent workmanship, punctual clean and tidy (put stair protector film down, did any preparatory cutting outside, cleaned up all/any mess inside and out from job site).

We had Port Marine change an electric shower for a boiler fed one, we were so pleased with the work we invited them back a year later to overhaul our en-suite. We decided to remove the bath and fit a huge walk in shower with full height wall panels, which look very premium and are easy to keep clean.
Have also recommended Port Marine to family members who've been pleased with the service.
Best price and offers definite start date any issues were sorted very quickly bathroom was split in two new sinks and toilet and walk in shower very happy with the work and the attitude from the office was if your not happy with something they would make sure that it was sorted out, would recommend.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Port Marine to renovate two bathrooms, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to putting the customer first. Everyone was incredibly courteous and respectful of my home throughout the renovation process. They took great care to minimise disruption and left the space clean and tidy at the end of each day.
One aspect of their service that I particularly appreciated was the use of a VR headset for design visualisation. It made the decision making process so much easier and allowed me to truly envisage the end result before any work began. From our first visit to the showroom onwards nothing was too much trouble. Warm and welcoming, the whole team were really professional. They spent lots of time with us getting the designs just right for both of the bathrooms, and we love the end result. The quality of the work, and the materials used are excellent. The onsite team are so friendly, and made everything really easy for us, and the work and finished results are beautiful and the experience was stress free. Highly recommended.
Changed existing shower room into a wet room. Work completed within time scale allocated and to budget. Work completed to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout. Site cleared of all rubbish as promised and visit after work completed to make sure everything in order and to our satisfaction.
Updated our bathroom, men started work on stated time, place kept clean while working, schedule and budget perfect, no hidden extras. We had two other bathroom people come, and one said he would send a quote, it never ever came. The second gave us a quote two days after, then never bothered. We contacted Port Marine Bathrooms and Neal came within a week and arranged and did the bathroom.
Despite numerous difficulties getting the parts from Bathstore, the fitters did an excellent job and managed to work around all the difficulties.
Finished bathroom is to a very high standard, really pleased.

Neil & his team came up with ideasa and solutions to problems unexpectedly srrising. To mention one person in particlar for ideas and quality of workmanship , it would be Jason, but no complaints with anyone. All ere polite with good time keeping, tidy workmanship also leaving property tidy at the end of each day & keeping us informed of progress.

Neil and the team did a great job installing an en-suite & main bathroom. We found everyone involved effient, friendly, curteous and we are very pleased with the fonal resalt. I would most definately reccomend them to all who are wanting a professional bathroom installation – well done all!

All the work was started and completed as agreed. The workmen were all friendly and helpful and kept the workplace as tidy and clean as possible. This was difficult due to the fact that to get to the bathroom, they had to go through the living room which is situated in the middle of the bungalow which has no back entrance. Neil Morgan was very helpful and always available to answer any question and queries and sort our any problems I had.
Wanted a complete (fairly large) bathroom overhaul. Booked an appointment, went and discussed what we wanted. Neil (owner) was excellent, designed a fantastic bathroom. Agreeable cost and off we went. Approx 3 week completion time (as I stated before, fairly big bathroom). Completed within that time frame.
Rhys, Andy and Jason, the fitters and installers were spot on. Very clean, friendly, methodical workers. I fuelled them with coffee and off they went. They kept us informed of any potential problems and sorted them in good time, as we have an old house, it was bound to happen.
The completed work is phenomenal. Granted we didn't opt for cheap stuff, but the quality of the work is impeccable as is the quality of the products. The tiling is second to none and honestly, I just keep standing in my new bathroom admiring it 😁
