I’m not very imaginative. Can you help me design my new bathroom?

We offer a rather clever Computer Aided Design service, which allows you to see what your bathroom will look like in 3D and change any elements as you wish before making up your mind. We can advise you on the best use of the space available and ask you some scoping questions to tailor the available options to your lifestyle and taste.

If I ask you for a quotation will you hassle me until I accept it?

We don’t have pushy salesmen on our team! Our policy is to provide you with a beautiful bathroom at a competitive price, but it is your choice whether you decide to go ahead with the project or not. We’re happy to chat with you about pricing and bathroom design with no obligation on your part.

Does your firm do the whole bathroom project, or do you sub-contract?

Yes. Our staff are fully qualified and experienced, able to handle all aspects of a bathroom installation, from the design and planning stage through to plumbing, plastering, tiling, electricals, and decorating. The project manager (John) will liaise with you directly about progress.

Can you show us examples of your work and refer us to satisfied customers?

Certainly! We have a large gallery of pictures of different styles of bathrooms we have installed, and we are happy to show you testimonials and put you in touch with previous clients. You are also welcome to view the lifestyle displays we have in our Bristol Bathroom Showroom. For your peace of mind we are a listed Which Trusted Trader.

Will there be a great deal of disruption in my home while the work is in progress?

Our team are professionals, and will try to keep noise and disruption to the minimum. While work is in progress we take care to use dust sheets on your carpets and clean up at the end of each day. We’ll do our best to work closely with you and respect your wishes.

Will the water, power or boiler be turned off while you’re working?

There will be occasions while work is in progress that we will have to temporarily turn off your water, gas or electricity, but you will be given advance notice of this so that you are not taken unaware. We’ll always make sure everything is working at the end of each day and won’t leave you inconvenienced overnight.

How long will it take to install my new bathroom?

Each project is different, since we design and install bathrooms tailored to individual choice. Once we have established what you require for your bathroom installation, and the bathroom has been planned and designed, we’ll be able to give you an estimate of how long it will take. We pledge to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Do we have to dispose of any rubble, old units and other debris that is left after the bathroom installation?

No, we clean up behind ourselves, remove all waste, and your new bathroom will be left clean, tidy and ready to use. Our firm has a full waste management and recycling scheme in place.
